Smart Guide
Tips for Playing Online Slots More Effectively
Know the Game Volatility
High-volatility slots tend to pay out less frequently but in larger amounts. Low-volatility slots pay out more often in smaller amounts. Choose based on your risk tolerance.
Set a Budget Limit
Before starting a session, decide on a loss limit and a win limit that you are comfortable with. Stick to these limits even when a session is going well — this helps you maintain control over your play.
Understand the Mechanics Before Betting Big
For a new title, start with small bets first. This gives you time to understand how special features such as free spins, multipliers or wild symbols work in that game.
Use Bonuses Strategically
The 200% first deposit bonus at 1998rich gives you a larger bankroll to start with. Use these funds to try more different titles before settling on your favourite slot.
Take Regular Breaks
Playing non-stop can affect your judgement. Take a break after a few sessions to reassess your strategy and account balance.
Know What RTP Means
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of money returned to players over the long term. This figure does not guarantee results in a single session, but gives a general indication of a game's payout design.
