1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these 1998rich Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the 1998rich website and all services provided through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to an individual who has registered an account and is using the 1998rich services.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.

General Bonus Terms

6. Game Rules

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1998rich shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures or events beyond 1998rich's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from a member's own decisions while using the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages suffered by members in connection with the use of the 1998rich platform.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

1998rich will make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, but cannot guarantee a service that is always error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Member

You have the right to close your 1998rich account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled. Any valid real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to applicable compliance checks.

Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to limit or temporarily pause their gambling activity may request self-exclusion through the 1998rich customer support team. Self-exclusion is available for a period chosen by the member. During an active exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no new bonuses will be issued.

Closure by 1998rich
